About returns and exchanges
In the unlikely event that the product is defective or damaged due to our company, or if the product is mistaken by us, we will bear the return shipping fee. Please contact us by email (mentioned above) within 7 days after the product arrives. We will provide a replacement or a refund.
Please note that we cannot accept cancellations after the product has been shipped.
Please note that the following items cannot be returned or exchanged.
・Products that have lost their delivery slips and warranty cards ・Products that show signs of use, such as damage, stains, or odors ・If accessories such as boxes, cloth bags, or novelties are missing Returned or exchanged (buyer please contact our shop)
・Products whose condition you wish to return or exchange is significantly different from the one at the time of delivery
Please note that in the case of a return or exchange due to customer's convenience, the return shipping fee will be borne by the customer, and the product shipping fee at the time of ordering will not be refunded.
